To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original labels on it.
Returning women's panties be sure that stickers for intimate areas are in their original place & condition and also was not ripped off before. We can decline a refund or exchange if we suspect that an intimate area sticker was ripped off before return.
All gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

If unfortunately our products do not fit you DHL courier will pick up wherever it suits for you
- Contact us by email: email@example.com with subject: Return & Refund request
- Provide in message your order number that you will find in your email and products that you would like to return.
- Also provide the best date, time, address and phone number to DHL courier can pick up a return
- We will answer you with the attached return label. You will need to print that and attach on your return package.
- DHL company will call you to pick up a package. It will be fully free for you!
- Once we will receive a return and check if the products are in the same condition and with all labels and stickers, we will refund returned items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
