Once you’ve placed your order, we will process within 1-2 business days and hand it over to the selected shipping provider. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when delivering your parcel, the postman will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your order from LALLY.
Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address or delivery provider once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and delivery provider sent it back to us we are unable to resend your order. In this case you will get a refund except delivery costs once we will receive a return.
Import taxes and dutiesIf you live in a non-EU country + Norway and Sweden, please check your local import taxes and duties. LALLY shops do not cover these import taxes and duties.
Canceling your orderIf you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received your order.
We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that in this case you will need to return the complete order to us. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
