After you send the package, please contact us by email: info@lally.shop and provide us with the order number and the product that you return.
Once we receive the returned item and are satisfied that the item is in its original condition, with tags and intimate sticker, we will exchange it or refund for the returned item.

Please note that you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return an item.

It takes 7-14 business days from the day we receive the returned item to make a refund to your bank account. (Waiting time depends on the bank)

Before return

Item should be in its original condition, with tags and an intimate sticker.
If you have removed the sticker from the intimate area, we have the right to refuse a return!
